Support and feedback
When you submit a support ticket or feedback report, we store the message, its product and category, optional contact email, and useful app, device, browser, route, version, or deployment details supplied with the report. If you sign in, your Google or ChatGPT account email, display name, and account-specific identifier may be attached to the ticket.
We use this information to answer questions, investigate bugs, consider feature requests, prevent abuse, and maintain a private support history. Tickets are not public and are not visible to other users.
AI-assisted drafts
The support system includes a framework for AI-assisted classification, summaries, and reply drafts. AI drafting is not currently connected. If enabled later, drafts will remain private and require owner review before any response is sent. No automatic AI replies are enabled.
Local-first products
Some Bad Decisions Ink products are local-first. A support report is separate from local app data: only information you intentionally submit, plus the limited technical context described above, enters the support desk.
Website analytics
We count public page views and navigation clicks, including the product link chosen, the page it came from, and the destination. The server also receives ordinary request information such as IP address and browser user agent, and uses it to make a daily rotating, keyed estimate of visitor activity. We do not store the raw IP address in the analytics table or use this data to identify anonymous visitors by name.
The private owner dashboard shows grouped paths, click labels, referring domains, approximate country from request headers, device category, and activity by hour. Link queries and fragments, form contents, workout data, tattoo images, and support messages are not included in click events. The website analytics tracker does not set a tracking cookie. Counts may include repeat visits and automated traffic.
Important boundaries
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, recovery codes, or RuneScape or Google credentials. We do not claim that cloud support records can be self-deleted from an account screen. Contact support to request review of data-related questions.
